Payment must be made in full before any work will begin on your project. Online payments can be made via U.S. bank account, major credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay.

It it our goal to make the revision process as flexible as possible, since everyone's requirements are different. However there are also some guidelines to follow to make sure you understand what is and is not covered in revisions.

What is covered:

• Volume adjustments of individual tracks or sounds.
• Adjustments of effects, such as more reverb or less delay
• Changes based on instructions you already gave, but might not have turned out exactly how you envisioned.

What is NOT covered:

• New files or stems that were not included in the original session or files.
• Changes in arrangement or direction of the mix, that differ from your original instructions.

Once you have approved the main mix, the "unlimited revisions" phase is complete and we will print the final mix package for delivery. Any revision requests after this point will incur an additional fee.

We keep multiple backups of all projects indefinitely, and do everything in our ability to ensure that projects are not lost due to hard drive failure or other unforseen circumstances. However these backups are kept as a courtesy, and in the unlikely event of data loss, you agree not to hold us responsible for any lost material.

The mixes are provided in the form of digital files, which are non-tangible and irrevocable. Because of this, once payment has been made, we are unable to issue a monetary refund. We strongly believe in keeping our customers happy, which is why we offer unlimited free revisions until such time that the mix is approved.

As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing a mix package. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will continue to work with you until you are happy, but all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
